Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the website at zingpcs.com or engaging ZING Solutions LLC ("ZING," "we," "us," or "our") for any services. By accessing our website or submitting a service request, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

ZING Solutions LLC provides the following professional services in South Florida:

• Mobile Notary Services — document notarization at your location
• Process Serving — legal document delivery and service of process
• Document Preparation — assistance with business and legal document preparation
• Permit Expediting — assistance navigating permit applications and approvals
• Business Support Services — general business document and administrative support

Important: ZING Solutions LLC is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Our document preparation services are not a substitute for the advice of a licensed attorney. We recommend consulting a qualified attorney for legal matters.

2. Service Requests & Appointments

• Service requests submitted through our website are subject to availability and confirmation by ZING staff.
• We will contact you within one business day to confirm your appointment or request details.
• You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information on all service request forms.
• ZING reserves the right to decline any service request at our discretion.
• Same-day and rush services are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

3. Fees & Payment

• Service fees are displayed at the time of booking and are subject to change without notice.
• Payment is accepted via credit/debit card through our secure Stripe payment processor.
• You may choose to pay at the time of booking (prepay) or receive an invoice after service confirmation (pay later).
• All fees are in U.S. dollars.
• Travel fees may apply for mobile services outside our standard service area.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made 24+ hours before a scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service fee.
• No-shows (client not present at scheduled time/location) are non-refundable.
• Refund requests must be submitted to [email protected] within 7 days of the service date.
• ZING reserves the right to issue refunds at our sole discretion for extenuating circumstances.

5. Client Portal

• A client portal account is automatically created when you submit a service request.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
• Portal access is provided as a convenience and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

6. Document Uploads

• You represent that you have the legal right to share any documents you upload to our platform.
• Do not upload documents containing sensitive information beyond what is necessary for your service request.
• Uploaded files are stored securely and used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your service request.
• We are not responsible for documents uploaded in error or without authorization.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, ZING Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

ZING Solutions LLC is not responsible for delays caused by third parties, government agencies, court systems, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZING Solutions LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on zingpcs.com — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of ZING Solutions LLC and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Palm Beach County, Florida. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
